Why a 4x6 packing slip?
If you already print shipping labels on a 4x6 thermal printer, a 4x6 packing slip comes out of the same printer, on the same labels. There's no ink to buy, and the slip sticks to the inside of the box lid or slips in on top of the items.
The slip is the same as the Letter and A4 versions, scaled to fit. Long orders run onto a second label. Color logos print in black and white, so a simple, high-contrast logo works best. New to thermal printing? Read how to print on a thermal printer.

Questions
What goes on a packing slip?
The order number and date, who it's going to, and every item with its quantity. A short thank you note is a nice touch, and a discount code can bring the customer back.
Is my logo uploaded anywhere?
No. Your logo is read and resized in your browser. Your store name, logo and note are remembered in this browser only, so they're there for your next order. Customer details are never saved.
Can I print it on my thermal label printer?
Yes. Choose 4x6 label. Color logos print in black and white on thermal printers, so a simple, high-contrast logo works best.
What if the order has lots of items?
The slip runs onto a second page, with the table header repeated and page numbers at the bottom.
