About Avery 5163 labels
Avery 5163 has 10 labels on a Letter sheet, 2 across and 5 down, each 2 x 4 in. Avery 8163 is the inkjet version with the same layout.
They're big enough for a full address in large type, so they work well as small shipping labels for envelopes and padded mailers.

Questions
Can I use Avery 5163 as a shipping label?
For envelopes and small mailers, yes. It addresses the parcel but isn't postage. For a 4 x 6 in label with a sender box and barcode, use the shipping label maker.
My labels print a little off. What do I change?
In your computer's print window, set Scale to 100% or Actual size, not Fit to page. Then print the test page on plain paper and hold it against a label sheet to check the lines match.
Can I use a sheet I've already used part of?
Yes. Set Start at label number to the first empty label. Labels are numbered across each row, then down the sheet.
Can I paste addresses from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Copy the rows in Excel or Google Sheets and paste them in. Each row becomes one label, and each cell becomes a line.
Do you keep my address list?
No. The PDF is made in your browser and your list is never uploaded or saved.
